As the party rooted in the right-wing ideology comes to power in India, there has been a shift in focus towards analysing what it means to be right-wing in India? Various attempts have been made both by the supporters & detractors to define it. However, the broad contours have remained ambiguous at best. It is therefore, necessary to revisit the right-wing thought in India & attempt to analysis its foundation & the trajectory it has adopted.
