India’s own scriptures already know who the Indians are — and they say nothing about any Aryan invasion. Dr. Raj Vedam opens with Puranic evidence: the Bhagavata Purana places Vaivasvata Manu in Dravidadesha, from whose lineage — through Ikshvaku (solar dynasty) and Ila (lunar dynasty) — all of Indian civilisation descends. This internal textual account, he argues, is corroborated by the very persistence of solar and lunar calendars across different Indian regions today.
He then surveys the multidisciplinary evidence — genetics, archaeobotany, archaeometallurgy, climatology, astronomy, and palaeontology — all of which independently point to the deep antiquity of Indian civilisation well beyond 1500 BCE. The Aryan Invasion Theory’s survival depends entirely on accepting linguistic analysis as the only valid methodology while ignoring this vast body of physical evidence.
His central call to his audience of young people: the real obstacle is not lack of evidence but a mental shackle. The Marxist-leftist stranglehold on NCRT and academic institutions must be named, understood, and challenged. With NEP 2020 opening space for Indian knowledge systems, the current generation has both the tools and the responsibility to drive historiographic change.
