वर्तमान समय में हलाल सर्टिफिकेशन एक तरह से फ़ूड इंडस्ट्री के लिए विवशता हो गयी है – एक ऐसा टैक्सेशन सिस्टम जो हर उपभोक्ता वस्तु पर लागू किया जा रहा है, चाहे वो मांसाहार से सम्बंधित हो या शाकाहार से या चाहे खाने – पीने की वस्तु हो भी ना। यह एक गंभीर चिंता का विषय है। झटका और मर्यादा (ethical) सर्टिफिकेशन, हलाल के रिप्लेसमेंट हैं। अगर हम हलाल अर्थव्यवस्था के दुष्परिणामों से हमारे समाज और उद्योगों को बचाना चाहते हैं तो हमें अधिक से अधिक झटका और मर्यादा सर्टिफिकेशन पर जोर देना होगा।
रवि रंजन जी ने 2014 में ‘लाइव वैल्यू फाउंडेशन’ की स्थापना की थी , जिसका प्रारम्भ झटका / सिंगल स्ट्रोक (FORT – Free Of Ritual Torture) सर्टिफिकेशन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए किया गया था। अब उन्होंने झटका सर्टिफिकेशन के लिए एक अलग NGO की स्थापना की है जिसका नाम है – Jhatka Cerctification Autority । यह NGO मांसाहार से सम्बंधित भोज्य पदार्थों एवं सेवाओं के लिए झटका सर्टिफिकेशन उपलब्ध करवाता है।
‘लाइव वैल्यू फाउंडेशन’ अनेक क्षेत्रों में कार्य करती है। उसमें से एक मुख्य क्षेत्र है, मर्यादा /ethical प्रमाणीकरण, जो किसी भी प्रकार के धार्मिक एवं व्यक्तिगत गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों का प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से समर्थन करती है।
In the present times, halal certification has become a compulsion for every food industry – a taxation system that is being applied to every consumer, whether it is related to non-vegetarian or vegetarian or whether it is a food item or not. This is a serious concern. The Jhatka and ethical certification are the replacement of halal. If we want to protect our society and industries from the ill effects of the halal economy, then we have to insist on Jhatka and Ethical certification.
Live Values Foundation is the flagship organisation that was formed in 2014. It is working on many fronts. One of the domains is the Certification of products and services that do not adhere to any cult or complying with the principles that are discriminatory or contributing to terror, drugs, and other obnoxious activities, etc. as Ethical/Maryada.
Initially, LVF also certified Jhatka /Single stroke (FORT – Free of Ritual Torture) for the non-vegetarian products and services which are in compliance with FORT. Now the Jhatka Certification Authority is certifying the Jhatka Product and Services.
