Richa Gautam is the Founder of Caste Files and Co-Founder/Executive Director at Cares Global, with over a decade of experience in advocacy and human rights. Currently, she focuses on diversity, inclusiveness, minority rights, and decolonial practices at Cares Global. She serves as a Senior Research Associate at Indus University and a Fellow at the Center of Indic Studies, Ahmedabad. Richa’s research centers on indigenous ethnographic studies, documenting the experiences of Indian communities like Bheel, Kolis, Suthars, and those identified as Dalit, Adivasis, or Criminal tribes under the Criminal Tribes Act of 1871. She has published numerous articles internationally and is a media speaker and presenter.

Pushpita Prasad is a storyteller and communications professional with a background in working with technology, media, culture, and history. She researches and educates about topics related to India, Hinduism, its festivals and traditions, decolonization, and media representation.
